Not long after I purchased the car the engine light in the dash started appearing on the dash. I contacted Aaron and the car was taken straight back in to get fixed at no cost to me.   Ted Tracey Ltd made the purchase of my 2000 Honda Accord Euro-R extremely easy and painless. I was a bit nervous as to what the car would be like as I am from Wellington and could not view the car until I had reached Auckland, however Ted assured me the car was in very good condition, and also arranged for a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle, and I wasn't disappointed with the car at all. It drives beautifully and is close to immaculate inside and out for it's age. Minor problems with electrics etc in the car found during the pre-purchase inspection were fixed for me before purchase of the car,reassuring me the car would be in good working order.   Our son wanted a manual Subaru Sedan(non-turbo!) and after a search on the internet we located one at Ted Tracey's. We rang right away and started one of the best dealings we've ever had in purchasing a car. The Salesperson, Aaron Croll, made it so easy for us as we also wanted to trade. His professionalism and industry knowledge AND super efficient responses to our emails had us heading up to Auckland a week later. We arrived to a super immaculate presentation of showroom and vehicles and in no time at all we completed the purchase with Aaron. Ted Tracey was there too and introduced himself and shook hands - that was really nice and made us feel like valued customers. All the staff were helpful and friendly. No hassles, no pressure.   I purchased my 2001 Toyota Will VS from Ted Traceys LMVD The whole process was done through the internet. Ted Traceys website is very good, not only does it supply the normal car info it goes into more detail than most. Contacting Ted Traceys was easy, Aaron from Ted Traceys answered all my questions, quickly and efficiently, even when someone had to go to the warehouse to check specific details I wanted to know, nothing was too much trouble. Not only did I get the answers to the questions I asked, I was also given far more information than I have ever received when purchasing a vehicle. The paperwork was signed and the money changed hands. Then came the photo's of my Will loaded on the transporter, close ups and lots of them and estimated time of arrival of the transporter.   I purchased a vehicle from Ted Traceys LMVD in Auckland. The whole deal was done via the internet and several phone calls to Ted Traceys Salesperson Aaron Croll. As I live in Wellington we were totally reliant on Aaron's assistance and professional manner in securing the vehicle. Aaron did not let me down , the vehicle turned up on the back of a transporter ( which Aaron arranged ) on Wednesday afternoon. I am very happy with the vehicle, considering I only saw pictures of the vehicle on the net.   Purchase of Honda Accord Euro R 2000. This whole process was done via the internet and several phone calls. Our highest recommendations to Aaron Croll our salesman who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole purchase, he made the process so very easy from first inquiries to purchase to transporting the vehicle down to Wellington, all in a matter of 5 days. You cannot help get skeptical when buying something which is miles away and only seen pictures but dealing with Aaron seemed to be reassuring.   I recently bought a 2006 Subaru Legacy sedan from Ted Traceys and will not hesitate to go back there next time I am looking for a car. Finding late model manual cars isn't always easy now so I was pretty excited when I saw the car on the website. As soon as I entered the showroom it was obvious that the team there take a great deal of pride in their vehicles and their reputation. Aaron was very helpful, professional and relaxed in his approach (unlike many car salesmen!) and the whole process could not have been simpler. I was a little sceptical about buying from a dealer as I had thought I might get a better buy at the auctions but Ted Traceys' prices were very competitive.   My wife and I had to buy a new car as the old one was getting on in age. We went to see Ted Tracey as we had bought a car off him before. The first impression of his new showroom was "great". It was welcoming, spotless and he had a great variety of cars on show. Viewing cars out of the wind and rain was a real bonus. The prices were very competitive. Most importantly, the price on the windscreen included on road costs. No hidden costs!!!! Ted had a good handle on what we were after within our limited budget. He showed us a Toyota Voltz which was just what we were after. During the conversation my wife and I also mentioned that at a later date we were looking at buying a second car to replace my work vehicle. Ted worked with our budget, traded in on our old car and in the end we walked away with two new cars, a Toyota Voltz and a Mitsubishi Colt.
