We are absolutely happy with our new Mazda Atenza bought from Ted Tracey recently. We first saw the car while it was still in transit. We are so glad that we waited. I guess we found our dream car and are loving her so much. The service was excellent and hassle free. Ted was very helpful in explaining everything in regards to the car and sorting out the paperwork for us. There cars are of showroom condition and a variety to choose from. The staff at Ted Tracey are very knowledgeable. We were happy that we were able to take the car home the same day. We would recommmend our friends and familys to Ted Tracey. After meeting Ted, and seeing my car in the flesh, i just had to have it
I was looking at buyng a car that was already done up with all the trimmings, failed at 2 other car yards and came across teds website online and bam it was love at first site. After meeting Ted, and seeing my car in the flesh, i just had to have it. In no time at all, Literally 2 hours later, I was the proud owner n drving away in my stunning new Toyota Wish!!! Ted and his honest, reliable and friendly service made me know i was definately making the right choice and when your dealing with the owner himself u can't go wrong. I LOVE my car. George was very good to deal with and organised
After a lengthy search to get a bigger car to accommodate our baby's car seat and stroller + be a vehicle which was automatic to encourage my wife to drive, we eventually found what we wanted at Ted Traceys. George responded promptly to my email inquiries and was obliging when I spoke to him and organised a pre-purchase inspection before actually visiting the showroom. The car came through the inspection well and we proceeded with the purchase. George was very good to deal with and organised the registration etc and we picked up our new car a few days later. The stocks that Ted Tracey's have are of high quality and the people are just incredibly nice, efficient and friendly! We purchased a Mazda Atenza from them today and the service was superb. It was a big thing for me to buy a car sight unseen, 100% happy
I recently purchased a car from Ted Traceys in Auckland. I saw the car on the internet and as I live in the Manawatu dealt with Brian via the phone. Brian made my dealings hassle free and was so helpful with information regarding my vehicle and the subsequent organisation of an AA check. It was a big thing for me to buy a car sight unseen, but my purchase went so smoothly and I am 100% happy with my car (in fact the condition of the car exceeded my expectations) and the service I received from Brian and Ted. Fantastic!

We've had the car now for 2 months and have had no problems with it - we're really pleased that it was a good buy and suited our growing family.
I appreciated that I wasn't pushed into buying the car like some other dealers. I was also negotiating with another dealer for the same type of car but decided to go with Ted Tracey because it was the best value for money and you were straightforward and honest. I knew what I was getting and there were no surprises once we got the car home. There was no pushiness and you were very polite, helpful and friendly.

Ted and Brian could not have been more helpful
We are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful blue Mazda Atenza bought from Ted Traceys. We found it initially via the company’s web site which was easy to navigate and very informative! All the details we needed and photos! Several cars took our fancy so we headed off to the yard. Ted and Brian could not have been more helpful and once we decided on a car, all the details were seen to and the transaction completed with a minimum of fuss. They made it very easy! If you are looking for a top condition reasonably priced Japanese import, go and see Ted and Brian! We cannot recommend them highly enough! Heather Auckland
