  After months of searching car lots who would have thought all we needed to do was pick up the phone. We had our eye on a particular vehicle but just couldn't find one at the right price in Christchurch. A quick web search lead us to Ted Tracey and we have never looked back. We called on Tuesday, all the paperwork was completed via phone and fax, the vehicle was on the next ship and was delivered straight to our door the following Tuesday. No time off work needed.   The team at Ted Traceys are a great bunch of good ol' kiwis. They are down to earth and realistic in regard to all aspects of their cars and sales. The car I purchased from them was my first big buy car wise so I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I was after. Once I had sought out two possibilities from them they left it to me to go away and have a think about my options. At no point did they put any pressure on me or make me feel like they were just after money. I would like to thank you and your team for giving me the opportunity to own a stunning black 4 door sedan Subaru Legacy 2.0 GT turbo, I still can't believe it's mine. I live in Hastings so I was unable to go and view the car. The only evidence I had were pictures from the internet and descriptions via the phone, and due to living so far away of course it had me worried. When I arrived in Auckland everything the team had told me was true. The process is so easy and simple, they are very helpful, and my car is so 'HOT!!' I just can't stop looking at it. Family and friends are looking at your stock. I guarantee you this team will not let you down and they will look after you. They are very professional, trustworthy and honest and this is very rare.   I would just like to thank you for the extremely helpful service I received from Brian. Having lost my car in the recent Auckland Tornado I was under alot of pressure and stress but I needn't have worried! Brian was so helpful, positive and listened to exactly what I wanted and needed and I could not have asked for better service. Everything was ready extra fast, which even included Brian going out of his way to have an alarm installed at my request. • These guys are straight-up and laid back

  There's a feeling of dread I feel walking onto most car-yards. It's kind of like walking into an ambush. Often it seems like the sharks (ie salesmen) are circling, and you, the customer, can easily feel like an unsuspecting snapper or possibly flounder. It doesn't feel like that at Ted Tracey's.
