  I had been looking to buy a new car for almost a year and couldn't really find anything to fit my long list of requirements. I came across one of Ted's cars on the internet and fell in love. It was a pretty scary and daunting thought buying a car online sight unseen. The company I engaged to transport the car had dealt with Ted on many occassions giving good reports and Ted came across as so straight up and honest that I felt confident I was doing the right thing. I commend Ted for his communication with me throughout the process answering my many questions and photographing the car from every angle for me. Ted took me step by step though all the bells and whistles long after he had received payment and I had received the car. The car is nothing short of awesome! • Beautiful vehicle, we are delighted!

  My wife wanted a manual gearchange, silver colour Celica and after a search on the Internet we located several including One from Ted Traceys. Normally we buy privately but as the advertised model was a reasonable price in comparison to all others available that we could find, both private and through dealers, so we went to their yard and took it for a drive. We also went and viewed a lower priced private sale model but decided to buy from Ted as the car he had displayed was in beautiful condition. The salesman, Aaron was polite and helpful as was the other salesman and the cleaner was cheerful and helpful also.They did not put any pressure on us to buy.   My Hot Wheels ! I purchased my Mazda Familia through Ted Tracey because of it's fine reputation. • Finance within 1 and a half hours I was driving away in my hot new car!!!

  I Found my Nissan Mistral on the internet and totally fell in love with it. The website is fantastic and has a large variety of vehicles and is always updated. Emails were replied to promptly , and phone calls were always friendly. I dealt with Aaron Croll at Ted Tracey. He was awesome. very helpfull . I had been having a lot of trouble getting finance with other companies as I am on one income. But within 1 and a half hours I was driving away in my hot new car!!! After sales service was great as well. The stereo that came with it had a pin code and I couldn't listen to music (arrgghhhh not cool when you have teenagers in the vehicle with you) So After a desperate plea via email , Aaron found me the code and we had music and sanity for the driver.   Finally we found the car we wanted! We had been searching the internet for ages, then we came across this black Mazda Atenza. We fell in love with it right away, the add on the internet was very clear, we phoned that very day and dealt with Aaron on the phone who was very pleasant and helped us with all of our questions. Aaron was great, nothing was a problem, over the phone we had agreed we would come up to Auckland to look and hopefully purchase this car, as it happened we got horribly lost but Aaron kept ringing through to our cell phone every couple of minutes to ensure we were on the right track! Finally we found 'Ted Traceys' and were greeted by Ted himself which I thought was very professional, we sat down to do the paper work which was completed in minutes. The whole process was easy.
